Robyn’s Birthday 2002
Mum and Dad came up for lunch today to celebrate Mum’s birthday. We had a delicious lunch at the Harbourside Brighton in Kiama - always good food, good service, and reasonable prices.

Dinner With Dr Karl
Todd went out to dinner with Dr Karl Kruszelnicki and a bunch of friends on Saturday night, after taking part in the Sleek Geek Week science boffin-fest.

Grace In DSA Newsletter
Grace’s photo was published in the Winter edition of the Down Syndrome Association of NSW newsletter, along with an introduction letter from Megan and I. They put the photos from each newsletter online (hers is the bottom left picture). A bigger version of the same photo is available on this site.

Born To Read
Grace and Megan attended the launch of Kiama Library’s “Born To Read” programme today. Grace was presented with a baby kit containing brochures, a bib and a book, by the Kiama Mayor Sandra McCarthy.

Megan, Grace and I travelled down to Huskisson today to catch up with Robyn, Ian and Todd, and also Joyce who was staying with them.

Finley William Jones Is Born
Our friends Will and Nicola gave birth to a healthy baby boy this morning. His name is Finley William Jones, born 7-4-2002 at 4:02am, 3.495kg (7lb 11oz), 50cm (20in) long. They are at the Royal Hospital for Women at Randwick, the same place Grace was born.
Congratulations, guys!
